This is the place to be each FRIENDS FOR LIFE FIRIDAY for content and prompts that you can download and send as your MH check-in or that you can refer to as a jumping off point to inspire your check-in. If you've downloaded the Wix app and used the code M5FK6N to join the forum (and turned on push notifications), well send out a reminder each Friday to send your check-in). If you don't yet have a FFL, you are far from the only one, and it shouldn't stop you from signing up below because if you simply join the FFL Meet-Up Group and follow their corresponding forum thread, you'll obtain support including check-ins if you participate in the group discussions and especially if you can perhaps identify someone within the group to pair up with to ensure you both are receiving your weeklong peer-mediated MH check-in, in fact the group largely serves as a chance to meet your future FFL partner!
